E Z Bundle - Terms & Conditions

• E Z Bundles are designed to offer a maximum range of services at significantly discounted prices. To enable these discounts some terms and conditions have been put in place.

• Upholstery: refers to standard fabric upholstery. Leather, faux leather, suede & similar upholstery are excluded from the bundle offering. These require specialised care & a separate quote can be arranged for such instances. This usually takes the form of an additional charge.

• Couches are a combination of a 3-2-1 seater or total of 6 seater.
  
  
• Dining Chairs: Leather, faux leather, suede & similar upholstery are excluded from the bundle offering. These require specialised care & a separate quote can be arranged for such instances. This usually takes the form of an additional charge.
  
  
• Windows: bundles including window cleaning applies to windows located on ground & first floor level. Additional charges apply to windows from the second floor & above.
  
  
• Standard Rugs: these are considered to rugs made of standard carpet fabric/fibre. Cleaning these rugs will utilise the same cleaning method as would apply to cleaning installed carpets.
  
  
• Speciality Rugs: generally refers to rugs requiring specific cleaning methods which differ from the method used for installed carpets. These methods are  tried & tested to revive your carpet’s beauty & maximise its life span.
  
  
• All services will be rendered in a single call out. It does happen that inclement weather will prevent the exterior windows from being cleaned. We will endeavour to complete as soon as possible.
  
  
• The carpet cleaning is applicable to all carpeted rooms, be they bedrooms or living rooms.
